These Terms govern your use of our online store and any purchase you make through it.

Store Use

You must provide accurate order and contact information and use the site only for lawful purposes. You may not interfere with security, misuse site content, introduce harmful code, or attempt unauthorized access.

Products and Orders

Product colors and appearance can vary by display. We may correct genuine errors, decline unlawful or fraudulent transactions, and limit quantities when reasonably necessary. An order is accepted when we confirm it for processing, subject to inventory and payment authorization.

Prices, Taxes, and Payment

Prices are shown in USD. Applicable taxes are collected as required by law. Payment must be authorized through an available checkout method.

Shipping, Returns, and Cancellation

We ship only within the United States and provide free standard shipping on all United States orders. Processing takes 1–2 business days and transit normally takes 4–6 business days, with a tracking number supplied. Eligible returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days under our Refund Policy. Orders may be cancelled before shipment; afterward, the Refund Policy applies.

Intellectual Property

Store text, graphics, logos, photographs, designs, and other content are protected by applicable intellectual property law. No ownership right is transferred by browsing or purchasing, and unauthorized copying or commercial reuse is prohibited.

Third-Party Services

Shopify, payment providers, carriers, and other providers may operate parts of the transaction. Their separate terms may apply to the services they provide.

Disclaimers and Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the service and products are provided subject to lawful warranties and remedies, and we are not responsible for indirect losses that could not reasonably be anticipated. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or responsibilities that applicable law does not permit us to exclude.

Changes and Governing Rules

We may update these Terms prospectively. The version posted when a transaction occurs applies to that transaction. These Terms are governed by applicable United States law and other mandatory law that applies to the customer.
